Who we are

This website is run by Moder & Co LLC, an independent brand design studio based in Denver, Colorado, led by Ariane Moder.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us.

Contact form: the information you enter, such as your name, email address and message, so we can reply.
Booking a call: when you book through the Cal.com scheduler, the details you enter are collected by Cal.com to schedule the call.
WhatsApp Business: if you message us on WhatsApp, your number and messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use this information only to answer you, prepare our conversations and, if we work together, run the project. We do not sell it. [À valider]

Services we rely on

Framer hosts this website and processes form submissions. Cal.com handles call bookings. Adobe Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site, which means your browser connects to Adobe’s servers. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site uses Framer Analytics, the audience measurement built into Framer, our website platform, to understand overall traffic. At the time of writing, we do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers, and no cookies were observed being set when the site loads. If this changes, this policy will be updated.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, manage client relationships, provide our services, and comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

When personal information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or securely dispose of it, unless further retention is required by law.
