How we build your brand, in five phases

Every brand comes with its own challenges. My approach combines a structured creative process with the flexibility to focus on what your business actually needs.

From the first conversation to the final handover, you'll know what we're working on, why it matters, and when decisions need to be made.

Initial Consultation

First, let’s see if we’re the right fit.

We start with a conversation about your business, your challenges, and your goals.

Together, we assess whether your brand needs work, whether the timing is right, and what kind of support makes sense. Sometimes, the best advice is to wait.

01

Discovery

Understanding before designing.

We start by looking at your business, your audience, your market, and the challenges your brand needs to address.

Through conversations, research, and a review of your existing materials, we establish a shared understanding of the project and its priorities.

02

Strategy

Finding the right direction.

We define the foundations that will guide the creative work: positioning, audiences, brand personality, and key messages.

Depending on the scope, this takes the form of a focused strategic framework or a more comprehensive brand platform.

03

Creative Direction

Exploring ideas with purpose.

I develop two distinct creative directions, each built around a clear idea and explored through relevant applications.

The goal isn’t to present endless options, but to give you meaningful choices and a solid basis for discussion.

Together, we select the direction to develop.

04

Design & Development

Turning a direction into a working identity.

The selected concept becomes a coherent visual system, from typography and color to graphic principles, imagery, and applications.

Every element is considered both individually and as part of a whole, with attention to how the identity will work across different formats and contexts.

05

Delivery & Guidelines

Making the brand work beyond the project.

I prepare the files, guidelines, and assets your team needs to use the identity consistently and independently.

Depending on the project, this can include templates, structured Figma libraries, and documentation designed to support modern digital and AI-assisted workflows.

The objective is simple: a brand that remains consistent and usable long after the initial launch.

Where AI fits in

I use AI tools where they make a real difference: accelerating research, exploring creative possibilities, and experimenting with new production workflows.

But tools don’t replace creative direction. The ideas, decisions, and judgment that make a brand distinctive remain human-led.

My focus is on creating strong identities and giving teams the foundations to use them consistently, with or without AI.
